We do not have a pet deposit.
One-time Pet Fee: $300 per pet / $150 additional for second pet.
Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
The weight limit is 75 lbs. per household

Breed Restrictions: We do not allow German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita.
